Universal Travels — Dropping Point Changed

I started my journey from Karaikal to pondicherry @ 22:45 on 23.10.2021. Dropping Point mentioned in my Trip details was " New Bus Stand - Pondicherry". However our bus not been routed through this Dropping Point. We were dropped Near Sivaji Statue in ECR Road which was 6KM far away from our Dropping Point at 02:25 A.M on 24.10.2021. We were carried our two year old baby with us. From there we have got Auto for which we have additionally paid Rs.200 to reach our Dropping Point.

The driver and conductor were very rude and we are in the position to argue with them in that Untime.

We Need Justice in this regard.
