Universal Travels — Dropping point changed issue | |
Dropping point should be Trichy central bus stand. But they dropped me in palpannai at 2.05am. Reason they said is road work is in progress. Yes. It's true . Road work is in progress not in their regular route to reach Chatram. They said lie and dropped me at palpannai. Since the bus is already late by 45 min to Chatram, passengers in Chatram started asking the delay. For that they punished me. This is my Worst experience with Universal travels from KIK to TPJ on 23.07.2021. Very worst sfaff members. Was this information helpful? | |
