Universal Travels — Missed my interview due to this delay

Ticket was booked from Chidambaram to Chennai at 1st may 11.33 PM . But bus arrived in my pick-up point around 1AM and reached koyambedu around 6.30AM... almost 2 hours late.. due to this I have missed my interview 😔.. very very worst experience in my life.. I want my money back or else will escalate this into ext level.
