Universal Travels — regarding the ticket cancellation money | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have booked a ticket on 05.06.2019, seat no: l3, pnr/ticket no: tgituujxlml, booking id no:[protected], passenger name: shanthi in universal travels. They have cancelled the ticket due to same technical issues. Thay also intimated me that tha ticket amount will be repaid to your account with 2-5 days. Even though tha days have passed i have not received any amount till now from their side and there is also no proper response from their side to get my amount back.
