Universal travels — worst service I booked a ticket for a travel from chennai to trivandrum on 13/07/16 by a scania multiaxle bus. the bus was scheduled to leave from koyambedu by 10.30 pm trivandrum reaching time is 8.30am but still not reached trivandrum, was continuosly driving without breakfast. no second driver. how serious universal travel is about the safety...
