Universal Travels — very bad experience I never had

Very pathetic operation and response from the officials. Issues there from ticket booking, bus arrival, bus condition and response and behavious. One month lost but still no refund and nobody picking the phone and no proper response too,. I will never use this in my life time. Being a patient i booked the sleeper class but they sent the semi sleeper bus. They were not listening to change the seats. We had a very worst experience with entire family

Universal Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Bangalore to chidambaram Bus on 15th June.
Boarding point at Madiwala 9:15pm, Still bus not reached.
Now time Crossed 10PM, I think universal travels also going as worst service.
I am planned regular travel but my mind changed now to avoid this travels.
