Respected sir

My self LijaShaji. I did my MPhil in the department of Ancient History and Archeology in the year[protected]. I couldn't receive the certificate from the university. Past three years I have been trying to get the certificate from the university. When ever I came to University from kerala they are not even responding properly. I lost my phd admission due to this
Certificate.
I request you to kindly do the necessary arrangements for the same.

    Did not receive PG degree and provisional certificate

    I'm Chiranjeevi Parthasarathy who joined the MBA in HR PG course in the year JAN 2010-DEC 2011 bearing the enrollment number - C10101PBA3211. I cleared my pending papers in the Dec-2020 exams and received the statement of marks. I'm yet to receive the Degree Certificate from the University. Request you to please send it to me at the earliest.

    Attached is the Course Completion Certificate for your reference.

    Dear sir/madam,
    I was studied my UG degree in Tagore college of arts and science, chromepet (Academic year:[protected]. I have completed all the six semester examinations, but still I did not received any one of the marksheets. I got admission for my PG degree in another institution under University of Madras. But they are asking for my original UG degree marksheets to confirm my admission. I also paid my first semester fees for my PG degree, but they are refusing to provide my ID card due the issue I mentioned above. So I kindly request you to provide my original UG degree semester marksheets as soon as possible. Only then I can continue my higher studies.

        Hlo... I'm a student of annai violet Art's & science college...
        From Ambattur Menambedu chennai.
        I have to complaint our clg... Bcoz of over fine amount will be collect for attendance purpose...
        They will considered the amount of 2000rs for 60% to 70%percentage attendance...
        And then 70% to 75% attendance here student to condonate 500rs😑this is too much... We don't know how to face this issue...
        We all are going to ask them but no response...they staffs are says we don't give the hall ticket for us and can't sign for no-due form 🤷🏻‍♀️... What do we doo???
        Other clg students pay only 250rs for university...But we pay too much...its really worried at students😖
        Plzz u do something for us... It's my kindly request🙏😊

            I, K.E.Prathipa Rani, have undergone MBA(Finance) during the calendar years 2011 and 2012. My Enrolment Number is C11101PBF6639. I have passed the I and II year Examinations and got the consolidated Mark Sheets. But I have not received the Course Completion, Provisional, Graduation Certificates etc inspite of repeated reminders since 2013. As there was no response for any of my letters, I submitted my request to the Chancellor o[censored]niversities (Governor of Tamil Nadu) which was forwarded to the University and for which the controller of Examinations i/c, IDE, University of Madras has replied that I have not paid the Tuition Fees for the First and Second years and directed me to pay the Tuition Fees alongwith penalty and also the convocation fee. The Tuition Fee paid challans of the designated bank were got deterioted during the Vardha Cyclone and I am not able to produce the Challans.

            As per the Rules of the University of Madras,

            1. the Students I.D. Cards will be issued only on production of first year tution fee paid challan of the designated bank.
            2. the Learning materials will be supplied only on production of Tuition Fee paid Challan.
            3. Tuition Fees should be paid within the stipulated time and no extension of time will be allowed under any circumstances.
            4. Studentship will be suspended if the tuition fees are not paid. Students defaulted from payment of tuition fees will be readmitted on payment of penalty (Readmission Fee).
            5. Students will not be permitted to write the Examinations if they do not pay the tuition fees.
            6. Students will not be admitted to enter the Examination Hall in the absence of Students I.D. Card. Only on production of Students I.D. Card, they will be allowed to enter the Examination Halls.
            7. The Mark Sheets will not be issued if the Tuition Fees are not paid by the Students.

            As I have paid the Tuition Fees within the stipulated time, I have got the Students I.D.Card, received the Study materials, allowed to write both the first and second year Examinations and issued the Mark Sheets for both the years. As all the documents including the Fee remittance challans have got deterioted during the Vardha Cyclone, I am not able to produce the same as evidence. Due to non production of Tuition Fee paid challans, it could not be said that I have not paid the Tuition Fees for both the years.
            It is presumed that
            1. the reply of the Controller of Examinations should have been given without verification of records (or)
            2. proper records would have not been maintained by the university (or)
            3. Bank reconciliation should have not been done by the staff concerned in finance section. (the amount credited by bank would have not been entered in the cash book of the University which could be verified through the Audit Report of the University accounts).

            In the circumstances, action may kindly be taken to issue my Course Completion Certificate and Graduation Certificate immedately without further delay.

                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                  I have applied for BA Economics (Tamil) in Distance Education.
                  On 30/03/2023, at 08:16 PM, I filled the application procedures and also, I had uploaded all the documents and made payment of Rs.6717.80 for the same.
                  But I have not yet received any confirmation of payment or any seat confirmation / enrolment number for the course applied.

                  I have confirmed with my bank that there is no auto reversal happened and the amount has been successfully credited to Madras University account.

                  I am herewith attaching all the payment confirmation receipt received.
                  Kindly check and do the needful please

                    I have not gotten my 4th and 5th marksheets from the university. The 4th which i have finished in 2021 and 5th in 2022, June. I am applying to universities abroad and I am not able to complete a whole lot of tasks because one of many issues. Secondly they dont provide bonafide certificate because my course has been completed but I still have to write my sixth semester next month extended till May. If my course is over by 2022 why have they extended my sixth semester to waste more time ?
                    the staff are rude when you call and ask and go directly they have a problem for a normal solution by no answer for an abnormal solution.
                    I have been disrespectfully spoken to by a lot of staff in the university and i am sick and tired of this. What is the solution that can help with my issue

                      Consolidated Mark Sheet-MCA

                      MCA 2013 passed out students, applied for a consolidated mark sheet on Feb 1st, and visited the MCA section twice, they went for evaluation for a few days. I visited again this week 13/03, MCA section lady told me we don't know the timeline and that it will take time.
                      They won't worry about the importance of your certificate, I already told them 45 days passed and I need this for my visa process still they don't care about it. br...

                        IDE tuition fees payment done at Date- 25/02/23 & Time- 01:31 PM. But fees receipt not received. I request to you send the receipt.

                        I send the mail request to finreceipts.[protected]@gmail.com and the reply the mail as payment status is auto reversal please contact your home branch for refund.

                        i am also checked with my home branch and they say payment was successful, no auto reversal in my account.

                        I request you to sort my problem and send the payment receipts asap and also clear my portal payment pending.

                          I have raised a request to obtain a certificate for University Rank in the Dept. of Human Resources with the University on 06 December 2022.
                          The instruction received was to write a covering letter to The Registrar, along with a DD for INR 100, a copy of the Provisional/ Graduation Certificate and a Self addressed envelope which was required to be submitted to the DD Section. All actions were completed on the same day.
                          Despite numerous phone calls to[protected]the MBA section that claimed to handle MA HRM students) from December till date the call goes unanswered most days. On other instances calls made to the University get redirected to[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] however no concrete information is provided.

                          "SB Collect" Txn DUK2666398 dated 06/12/2022 for Rs. 100.00, is the application made towards the certificate.

                          I would really appreciate assistance in this matter.

A person by the name of ravi spoke with me in a real offensive language. he never even responded properly to me and used abusive words. he even threatened no to process my marksheet. he even said go complaint to whomever you want. pls do madras university look into it.

But in our college they are conducting convocation for[protected] batch. We asked to college they are saying that university of madras told that not to give convocation for 2019 passed out batch. Why 2109 batch should not get the convocation?
