This is nithya y i'm purusing mba - human resource batch 2020-22 in distant university of madras. on 8th feb 2022 i had made payment of rs.4, 231.26/- towards 3rd semester exam fee payment by using my spouse's sbi debit card (account number - [protected])

It's is noticed that amount has been debited from the account but fee payment is not successful it is still showing as pending for payment. for your information, debited amount is still not yet refunded to his account also.

For you ready reference, providing you my registration number - A20105PBR6738.

I request you to kindly look into this issue solve the same at the earliest since tomorrow is last due date for fee payment.

    Hi team,

    The GSS college for women is not taking any responsibility of sharing the provisional certificate nor the degree certificate even for the passout batch of 2019, 2020.

    Kindly take action, and also please guide me the procedure for getting the Provisional Certificate as soon as possible from your end as GSS is affiliated to Madras University.

    Kindly help.

      Fees payment issue

      My enrollment number is A20105PBF6171 I paid fees for exam through my debit card using online payment link. But the payment is not reflected in www.ideunom.ac.in. and no e-receipt for exam fees was reflected. I hereby request the university to confirm/update my payment. Or enclose the procedure to proceed further.

      The amount has been deducted from my card. But the last page after did not load and " this page cannot be displayed"...

        Sir many people couldn't attend the online class for mba. Eventhough there are 10 to 15 links provided. Pls make sure to send links in different apps like zoom teams google meet.

          Respected Sir/Madam

          My name is Vishnu prasad from Chennai, Tamilnadu. I'm an Alumni student from that University. For applying to my Higher studies, I want my MOI certification to get admission in the UK. so, I directly walk-in into the university USAB department and applied for an MOI certificate with 500 rupees DD from the nearby bank(Yes Bank) on 25/01/2022. There are 2 ladies in the USAB department, who are treating the students in an unprofessional manner, they don't even give the proper answers to the queries and they treat me like a dog. I was very unsatisfied and ashamed of studying at this university. They didn't give me attention to my doubts and they didn't treat me with basic respect.

          After applying for MOI Certificate, I also told them very clearly that it's a very important and Urgent document for me to get admission to the abroad university please don't make it late. so, They told me to come and collect the certificate on 01/02/2022. I called them on that day lot of times on this ([protected]) and they are not even responding to the calls. After calling them they attended my 32nd call and just told me that it was lunchtime call them after 2 pm. After calling them they told me that (2days full power shutdown) that's why we cannot process your certificate and told me to come on the next day (02/02/2022). I again called them more than 20 calls then after they answered my call and they simply said come after 2days. They are just simply wasting the student's (TIME, OPPORTUNITY) and literally they are spoiling the student's careers because of their unprofessional work.

          NOTE:-
          1. If a power shutdown is happening means how Landline mobile works without electricity for more than 2days?
          2. Why they are treating the students in this way?
          3. Why they are not giving basic respect to students?
          4. Why are they working in an unprofessional way?

          After all this problem I decided to complain to the Director USAB department

          I tried to connect with him a lot of times calling that above-mentioned number even he is also not responding to my calls(20+ calls). so, Here I understand that the Pillar of the Department Dr M.Srinivasan is not a Responsible person then how the department staff will work properly.

          So, I decided to register this complaint to the INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM. Kindly please take strict action on this complaint against the USAB department in Madras university.

          NOTE:- I'm registering this complaint as an Indian Youth generation student to create awareness for every student in India. And, nobody should face these kinds of problems in their Universities and lose their life-changing opportunity in his/her career.

              I am John Jose graduated B. B. A (Business administration) and i have paid Rs.1536.60 through online payment mode net banking through SBI for consolidated mark sheet fees. The page loaded and stopped at "PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED".

              I tried to download the receipt, however it is showing payment not done yet but my money got deducted.

              Even I sent the mail tot he university and I didn't get any reply on the same.

              Please advise help further to sortout.

                            Hello sir /madam,
                            I did MBA hr in 2018 batch registration number :A18101PBR6712 in first sem I applied revaluation for the paper code RMB1A but revaluation results were held due to some payment issue .i approached University staffs of payments team and they confirmed double payment on yearly fees hence my results were held and they refunded one payment by cheque and other payment was taken and recipient for the same is given I have attached the images below but still my results were not updated kindly help me to solve this .i tried all the steps still it's pending staffs asks me to go they will update and send details but nothing happened so please help me out .do the needful at the earliest
