I have paid online fees and money was debited from my account. But I didn't get any enrollment no or any other numbers. So I paid a second time and I got the enrolment number.

But the first-time fee was not returned to my account. please help me to get back my amount

    Hi team,

    I amfrom chennai and i have paid Rs.1518 through online payment mode debit card for consolidate marksheet. The page loaded and stopped at "PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED".

    I tried to download the receipt, however it is showing payment not done yet but my money got deducted.

    Please advise help further to sortout.

      I have completed B-com General from madras university on December 2019. Till now i have received course completion certificate but did not receive Degree certificate. Enquiring about this from Madras university's Calicut office, i paid them Rs. 2350 for application of degree certificate on March 28 2021. They didn't provide me any receipt or acknowledgement as a proof of application.But i have proof in my bank statement. Till today (06/09/2021) i didn't receive my certificate and they are not responding.

            I applied for MBA finance on 31/8/2021. Made payment of INR 20, 763.60 and now it is showing "make payment" option in the website. No other details like enrollment number was given also.

                  Today my relation go to madras university as a student they asking about the department enquiry they not giving proper response for students application filling areas also not giving proper answer then she asked about the fees information they speak like a dog. As the students asking their questions, they give a good answer for students. Please inform the madras university head person when the students coming to give the polite answers treat like a human I am too much ashamed of madras university.

                    I just take distance education course in their official website.payment also made but no bills issued or any proof .If I make a call no one response i just tried more than 50 times. Already wasted 2 years of life ...So please take legal actions..

                        Despite the payment of 3000/- for the registration fee the site hasn't updated the same. I tried dropping in mails but I did not get a response from the respective authorities . I have the receipt for the few payment but the site did not acknowledge.

                          Website: Madras University distance education online application fees payment

                          I have applied for distance education MCA. I paid the fees through online phonepe, the amount of ₹.19, 087.47 has been debited and successful from my bank end but Madras University portal still asks me to pay. What app is this?? When the payment is not processed it is the responsibility of the support team to find the amount in deferred or suspense account and give an intimation to the customer or the college to process the application. Worst experience as a customer and there r no proper response. Ask the developers to test the app before it is brought to customer live. Simply giving a statement as support team noted the query isn't going to help in anyway.

                              I have taken online admission for "PG Diploma in Urban Planning & Management" and paid full Fee Rs.6939/-, Directly verified my certificates and issued ID card. But not send study material and my Enrollment number C21105DUP6001 is showing invalid on web site.

                              I called study material dispatch center, they said this course is cancelled and said contact director. But online admission phone numbers[protected] & their email ID: [protected]@gmail.com; not responding to my calls & emails. Since 4 months i calling & sending emails, but no response my calls & no reply to my mails.

                              Kindly return my Fee Rs.6936/- to same account when you cancelled course as soon as possible.
