UPI — upi money transfer complaint

Sir, I had done a mobile recharge using phone pay on 26 mar 2019. My transaction of rs 399 was successful and money got debited from my account. However I could not got any benefit out of my recharge. During the recharge I wrongly selected the operator as airtel instead of JIO. I had done the portability around 09 months before from Airtel to JIO. My current operator is JIO. Phone pay customer care told me that they are just a gateway to transfer the money and money was received by Airtel. When I checked with Airtel customer care they told me that yes they had received the money and recharged my phone which actually does not belong to Airtel right now. Airtel told me that still they are holding my records as an Airtel customer, which they not suppose to hold. Now finally my money is with Airtel and they are denying to refund.
In the above said matter I m sending you some of the screen shots as a proof. Moreover I have told Airtel to transfer this money to do a recharge in my another mobile no which belongs to Airtel, if they can not refund my money. My wife's Airtel no is [protected]. Or they can transfer this money to my Airtel dish TV no [protected].

One week back I'm sending money phone pe upi transaction... Amount is debited but not credit reciver account...

I have a little knowledge about UPI some hacker take the chance and debited from my accou nt Rs 13000 by UPI can I get my money back? the UPI code is[protected]
