UPI — upi transactions showing successful but amount not credited in union bank account

Dear sir

I transfer 2 times 5000 rupees via
Phonepe account: [protected]
Sent to own Union bank account no: [protected]

but first 3 days both transactions showing pending but after 4 days it is showing successful. But still both 5000 rupees not credited in my bank account. So please help me why amount not credited.

1) first transaction: 5000 rupees transfer from hdfc bank to union bank
Transaction date: 4/11/2018
UTR No:[protected]

I talked with Phonepe they said our side transaction successful talk union bank customer care but union bank customer care not help me they said in our system not showing these transaction.

So please help me in these issues.

2) Second transaction: 5000 rupees transfer from idbi bank to union bank
Transaction date: 4/11/2018

I talked with phonepe they said our side transaction successful talk union bank customer care but union bank customer care not help me they said in our system not showing these transaction.

Also i try to contact union bank home branch telephone numbers but they are not reciving phone call.

Also i sent 4 times emsil regarding these issue but no body will reply me.
