I have raised a request on Saturday 17th July against the cooling issues. Technician came and done Gas Filling and Servicing on Sunday, against which they charged me Rs3100/- .
Later on found that they haven't closed and wrapped the out going pipes with tapes going out from Indoor unit. Also, found that water is draining down from indoor unit. Which I have already informed him through phone call. Since that day it's 20th today he is not visited and re-checked issues after multiple time calling and now he is not picking up the calls.
