Urban Company — Installation getting postponed from last 3 days

I bought a native M1 purifier by Urban Company(UC) from Flipkart. UC keeps on rescheduling my installation request without my consent. I feel cheated by the company due to their bad service. I could not even reach any of their supervisors to get a resolution.
