[Resolved] Urban Company — AC Damaged During Uninstallation

Daylight cheating happened with me from them, I have booked Urban Company for AC uninstallation in 2020, due to corona couldn't check it until now as I tried to reinstall it, again as a UC pro customer booked UC again to reinstall it, now they are saying copper wire cut improperly inside near the stem itself by the uninstalling professional and I need to pay them 13K to fix it.
