[Resolved]  Urban Company — AC damaged while repair by UC and no refund confirmation yet

AC Service Booking was done on 26th March and the person came in and did the service. While doing the service he checked the gas level and confirmed that gas levels are good and after 3-4 days AC was not cooling at all and i asked the same guy to come and check. He mentioned that AC has gas leakage issue and i asked him why it happens after his service then he said he will repair it under warranty. he spent 5 hours in repair and around 8:00 pm mentioned that he is taking the indoor unit at home for repair as its going to take another 2-3 hours. next day he came and fixed the AC. it worked for 1 hour and later start showing timer light and getting off automatically. Called the same guy again to come and check, he denied. i raised a complaint on UC and another guy came 2nd day. He also checked and mentioned that PCB of this AC is gone damage and he can not repair that. i raised a complaint again UC sent a SME again next day to check the issue. He checked that and confirm that there was a loose wire which he has fixed. when asked for gas and leakage issue and he said its 80% which ideally should be 130+ so there is some leakage and aske me to raise a new complaint as he will not fix that. Again i called UC and they asked to get this fixed from Hitachi vendor and upto 10k will be refunded to me. i called Hitachi and the guy came and confirmed that COID which was repaired by UC guys is being completely damaged and beyond repair and whole part need to be replaced now, which i ask UC and they confirmed to get it replaced and total cost was 11k which i paid, Now Since 16th April, i have been chasing them for refund but they are keep on asking for bills.. I have shared bills 4 time from 2 differnt emails so far and they are not ready to confirm / accept that they have bills.
