I am Urban Company Customer with registered mobile [protected]. I am having worst experience at this moment on Split AC cooling resolution issue, after paying 16000 INR to Urban Company no one bothers the resolve the issue and item is in Warranty.
1. On 22nd March 2022- Technician came and said gas needs to be filled - I asked him to verify the leakages - Verified, said no leakages - Charged INR 2500/-
2. On 12th June 2022 - Same technician came and said gas needs to be filled and Aluminum pipes are gone and needs to be replaced with Copper Pipes. So eventually the amount I Paid in March is waste and now to replace Copper piles and all works (Gas Filling and refitting AC) - technician charged INR 13, 498. Used AC only for a week
3. On 2nd August 2022 - Switching on after a Month now again cooling does not comes. It is free revisit as still under Warranty, technician says there is Compressor problem and he needs approval to do it. And Over vide call senior technician said all good, but no cooling Comes. I don't understand how one can say all good if no cooling comes via AC and technician pulled out all the gas.
4. Did too many follow ups with Urban Company via app, daily one new person calls - after reminders via apps - and had to explain same story to every one. No one maintains the history of the problem.
5. On 9th August 2022 - Another technician came, he gives different reason, there is leakage in pipe. He does not want to do service as he does not get money as AC is under Warranty.
Finally no one is interested to solve the problem. Urban Company does not maintain what Customer explains and what needs to be solved. Losing trust on the organization after paying 16000 INR, and if you see no one bothers about it, how can an organization build a trust.
Unit is still under Warranty, no matter if the warranty expires (14th Aug 2022) problem needs to be resolved as complaint was given way ahead of time and doing daily follow up for the resolution.
