[Resolved]  Urban Company — Washing machine repair

My siemens washing machine was booked for repair in the month of Oct 2023 and a professional came and repaired it stating shaft and bearing of the machine has to replaced. And the man stated stainless steel shaft is best and replaced and charged us rs.6000/- But he fitted it wrongly and the machine conked off and we complained to urban and they sent another technician who came fitted correctly but during the rinse cycle it was making heavy noise and we asked him he said may be the water flow but the machine has been working fine at the same inlet for 10 yrs we complained again in feb as the machine making terrible noise and not moving to next cycle another technican came from urban and stated they fitted stainless steel shaft which will not take high speed and i will give my report to urban but till today nobody has responded from them we are not able to use our washing machine as it is not working at all now and several complaints we have raised to customer care through chat as there is no calling option and an rep responds listens to the whole story and says he will getr back but no response. The same is been going on. The technican who attended to us stated they are covering up for the mistake has happened as the whole drum has to be replaced and urban is not willing to take that decision.
