I ordered AC servicing through Urban company company on 24th March 2022 which was done on time.
Since I had to travel, i could not check the performance after servicing. When I returned back after 15 days, it was not working.
It was said that there is warranty of 1 month.
I raised the complaint on 19th march 2022 through App. Since then Urban company is just rescheduling the work mentioning unavailability of the person.
Now mentioning that warranty period is over and i need to do fresh booking.
Why such reputed firm is fearless in taking the ownership of the warranty period and fooling the customer straight forward.
Its really hot and they are dragging the issue since last 20 days.
