Hi, I am Balasubramanian from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Urban company account registered mobile number: [protected]. I have booked a service for my AC's PCB board ( COMPLAINT: RESTART ONCE AFTER 45 minutes initially) in Urban Company mobile application on 1/11/22 . Mr. Balaji (Urban Company professional) attended the booking wherein he convinced me to accept for gas recharge of my AC by conforming that he can able to repair my PCB as it is a simple niggle and tried to repair it multiple times but he unable to do it and damaged my PCB board which he didn't intimated me or to Urban Company office( he informed me only after 4 months i.e., march 2022).I payed Rs.3, 900/- ( Rs.1, 500/- for PCB repair and Rs.2, 400/- for gas recharge) totally for the service. I booked for SME revisit, then Mr. Jebastien(SME) attended the booking and due to the inability to repair, he provided the option for refund of Rs. 2, 500/- which I got only on upon last week of February after so much struggles. Till March 1st week I didn't get my old PCB back( it was in the Urban Company office for past 3 months), after my request Mr. Jebastien came to fix my old PCB in my AC on 13/3/22 and came to know that it was damaged so my AC won't run hereafter. He called Mr. Balaji for confirmation, wherein Mr. Balaji said it was damaged by himself and he forgot to intimate. Now, the issue is I have got the compensation of only Rs.2, 500/- ( I SPENT Rs. 3, 900/- and got only Rs. 2, 500/- in return and also because of his mistake my AC is dead). If I need my AC working, I have the only option of changing my Indoor unit which would cost around Rs.10, 000/- which also is a loss ( before the service my AC worked flawlessly except that initial restart). I have contacted the customer care for support, they said that they can't help as I got the refund amount for it, but I came to know that my PCB was damaged only after I got the compensation which was their mistake ( How could I know to check whether my PCB is damaged or not if they didn't inform me?). Now, I need my PCB working atleast as same as it was before the service or else I need a new indoor unit, if needed I can return back the compensation amount of Rs.2, 500/- but I need my AC working. No, person will have the patience as me to wait for days AC repair for 4 long months. Please resolve this issue soonest as possible. Was this information helpful? |
