[Resolved]  Urban Company — No refund provided by company cancelled services

Had booked a bathroom cleaning service which was cancelled by the cleaning staff itself .I had paid by G pay an amount of 1085 on 18 th September 2025 which was not refunded till now .I would like to know the reason for the delay .I am staying in Chennai. Please look into this and do the needful at the earliest.
