Urban Company — M2 native - Touch panel - Failure model

Issue 1: M2 native touch panel was a failure and did not work properly even after replacing twice. Company refused machine replacement/tap based workaround on existing model during warranty (Even i was ready to pay for the setup)

Issue 2: Filter replaced for 4999 and water is not as good as before however company representatives after raising complaint saying that filter changes cause such issues and wait for 15 days. No one had told anything before that i need to wait for 15 days for water to be fine. And the tough part is they are not ready to send the same information in email.
