Urban Company — After booking the person hasn't come at the stipulated time nor we got a refund

I booked two appointments for beauty salon one in the morning (10 AM) and evening (6 PM) today, i.e,[protected]. But nobody showed up at both of the times and when we try to call them nobody is lifting up.
