I booked a service through UC, and after service there is continuous water leakage in heavy amount. When I booked a revisit, the other technician told me that there is a damage to the AC due to which water is leaking. Now since there was no leakage before the service, what another source of damage is there I can't understand.
UC is not even taking my calls, not replying to my multiple help requests, they have simply avoided the issues. Highly unprofessional behavior on their end.
I need support since the part which need to be replaced is costing around 5000Rs. I can't pay this amount due to fault of anyone else. Please help me with the issue. Was this information helpful? |
