I booked service for my window AC on 20th May. When technical arrived, the AC was working fine. It was cooling; however, after the service the Compressor stopped working. I raised the complaint for the same. SME visited and he escalated the matter.
I am yet to get a proper resolution on this. I have guest at my home. It's really hot here in Gurgaon and it's very difficult to survive with AC.
I am a Urban Company user from 4+ years and was using it for multiple purposes since i was having trust in the company. But this experience had me to think otherwise. What is the point of getting appliances serviced if it is only going to get damaged while servicing. We are paying for UC warranty. Was this information helpful? |
