Date: 25th June - first repair
18th July - second visit and confirmation that due to the negligence of the technician the appliance has been damaged.
Description: I had booked for my refrigerator repair and it was attended on 25th June. The repair was done and soon after another issue resurfaced. Water started leaking from all over the fridge. On 18th July another complaint was filed and same professional visited. He confirmed that this is due to the repair work that was done by him the last time and that he forgot to mention to me that this could be the side-effect of that repair.
As a result, my appliance has been damaged. I have been following up with UC for 15 days and no positive response and no resolution. Very frustating and unprofessional service by UC.
I have claimed for UC warranty, which is part of company's policy. But so far no response. Was this information helpful? |
