[Resolved] Urban Company — BAD SERVICE - Geyser repair - NOT COMPLETED | |||
Hi, its been one week since the technician has last visited our house and removed the geyser, dismantled it. he was supposed to come back next day. either the technician nor the urban company are picking up calls. very bad service and disrespectful to customer. no help from the customer support representative. No proper means to escalate a complaint. its such a bad working culture Geyser repair not done yet. its just pending and not fixed yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
