[Resolved]  Urban Company — Beautician

First of all I hope this time atleast you people will resolve my issue. As i have registered serval complaints already on your portal.
I hv booked a bubble gum pedicure, bubble gum menicure and a head massage on your App. The bill amount was 1398rs.
The beautician you have sent was a total embarrassment for your company, she was not at all knowing the products to use.. she has used the same one kit for both meni n pedicure.. and rather soaking the feets and hands in the bubble she has started to rub it on my skin. She was bot able to use the cuticle pusher properly, she was carrying a lot of things but using the minimum to do the service. She hasn't used and gloves or face shield . Rather she has taken photo with all the things on her and then kept it in the bag. Everything was just for the sake of show..
Coming to head massage she has used refined oil mixed with camphor .. and her hand was not at all trained to do a massage she was giving me headache because of which i have to stop the massage in few minutes it self.. not at all relaxing rather a pain..
Eyebrows also fully cut .. ny money and time wasted plus my home became super dirty because of her..
I am more agitated because since 2 days i am writing to you people but didn't get any call from you guys.. no solution yet.. what has happened to your good customer service earlier..
