My ID got blocked without informing about anything. I even don't know the exact reason. I visited the Hyderabad office many times to know the reason of blocking. But instead of giving solution the whole category managers are not at all responding even i visit the office. They were asking me to wait lot of time to meet the category manager.
Whenever the Terms and conditions changed or new rules was implemented as company you have to give the proper training to the beauticians online / offline. Without giving any information on newly implemented policies you people are blocking the partner ID's unnecessarily. Those who became affected by your activities suddenly coming onto road.
You have the rights to block the ID without informing if the partner is doing any activities against the company.
Instead of all these, you people are blocking partner ID's and no response later from the respected managers. Many partners are suffering from this activity.
I have 4.84 customer rating, category managers saying that the reason for blocking is acceptance rate is below 70%. But, we don't have any intimations that acceptance rate should be more than 70%. Please do the needful. If i didn't get any needful solution from your end I'll take it to the next level.
