Hi, I booked for deep cleaning of my apartment and the people who came never completed and service and promised to return to complete, but never came or responded to calls after.
I was able to receive a reply from the company that they will be reaching out to me and they helped me booked another date for the service.
But, the people never came after repetitive promise from Urban company this time, I received numerous calls from them saying the will come but again nobody came.
Then they call me saying they will initiate a refund, but here's a funny thing they will refund a partial amount. They are giving me a short end of the stick and refunding me the amount equal to that small end.
They are supposed to provide 100% of the service requirement. The partners they have provided 10~20% and they are not refunding me the full amount for all the hassle that I have to go through and bickering I have to do receive my own money for what they promise they would fulfill and provide.
What kind of logic is that? Is that a new business strategy?
Promise to provide 100%, and take 100% - provide 20%, and refund 50%. ???
