Urban Company — Booked person didn't came. | |||
I am extremely disappointed with the service o[censored]rban company today. I booked for salon at home and a girl named Sonia Verma was booked for 4 PM. Her number is [protected]. She was showing on her way on your app but when we called her at 4:35 PM she said she will be bit late.. she kept giving excuses and made us wait for 1.5 hrs, she asked us to reschedule but unfortunately no slots left for the same day and finally she refused to come. If she didn't want to come she should have informed us earlier, it was her job moreover company's responsibility. She made us wait for 1.5 hrs by giving excuses, is that the kind of services you are providing? Isn't it your responsibility to know whether the service was provided? Is there any tracking or feedback system here?Customer experience is what matters most to the companies but sadly your services are not worth of availing.I heard that your app is providing good services but I think it's my worst experience. With heavy heart I have to write this complaint, give poor rating and share this experience on social media platform because people need to know that companies like urban company can't take undue advantage of customers' time.
