On 11th May 22 I booked an electrician on Urban Company App to install Chandelier in my home. The person came and installed the Chandelier but after 26 days on 7th June 22 the Chandelier fell and broke on the floors, fortunately nobody was down there. It was not installed in the proper way . Immediately I raised a complaint in Urban Company and provided the pics and details as they asked and also it was under warranty of their service (30 Days). The following communication happened :
1. On 8th June your customer care asked for the pics, which I shared immediately
2. I followed up 5 times in the next few days but I did not get any proper reply.
3. After a couple of days they asked to upload the Bill (Chandelier Bill) which I uploaded immediately (Bill Amount : Rs 8200)
4. After a couple of days they called then said they will compensate only Rs 4200 because Bill does not have GST no etc.
5. Now they are saying they will not do anything because the service was valid for 72 Hours. As per your policy it was under warranty of 30 days. Was this information helpful? |
