I had raised a request for fan repair.
For which the technician came without proper covid protocol, charged me higher money for the fan repair without any bill.
Blackmailed me, if you want the fan repaired you need to pay the money on spot. Took the money and fan was not reachable for 10 days even the urban company staff couldn't connect him.
Then appears one day fits the fan and again charges extra money saying company policy and you will get the bill.
But after fitting I got no bill and now the fan is again not working.
In the whole process customer service says we are trying trying and are closing my ticket.
I'm fed up of these things and so I want to file a legal complaint against the company and the technician for all these.
