I booked a chimney cleaning service from urban company. Mr amjad faisal khan was appointed as the service guy. The chimney was in absolutely perfect working condition before it was operated upon. After the service, the sensors stopped working and a few lights are also not working. Mr amjad took the sensor out and also some 'pct board' from the top of the chimney and told me that he will get them fixed from somewhere and place it in the chimney. But even after around 7 days, the sensors and the lights are not working. Now, mr. Amjad told me that he can't do anything about the problem and i would have to get it fixed from the chimney's company. After that, another technician was assigned to fix the chimney. He also took the sensor and the pct board for 3 days. After that, he came back and put the board and the sensor back, but the problem has still not been resolved.
