[Resolved]  Urban Company — Complaint against Bathroom Cleaner attitude and cancellation

I had a booking for bathroom cleaning today at 1:00 p.m.The cleaner called and asked if he could come early and I said yes.When he came he was wearing extremely dirty stained gloves and I told him that why is he still wearing those dirty gloves and not changed.He said he will change while starting to cleaning.This is totally unaccaptable as how can he enter my house and touch the railing of the staircase with those dirty gloves.ANyway he entered the toilet to be cleaned and asked for bucket and I said I dont have one.There is already a jet spray and tap in the bathroom and on the company website its written that the customer doesnt need to provide bucket.I can only provide ladder if required.On this he threw a tantrum and cancelled my request.The cleaners name is Aman and I will take strict action against the comapny and its employees for wasting my money.In the my booking section"" on the website it says he customer cancelled the request which is a another lie, the truth is that I didnt provide a bucket so he canceeled the request.I will now start the process of grivance redressal and take strict action.ABsolutely pathetic and unhygienic service
