Dear Team, yesterday i.e. 14th Mar. I bought your yearly membership & booked the car cleaning services at 3pm. Available slot booked from 5 to 5:30pm. No service provided to me & not even informed me. Worst service I have seen by a brand like urbanclap.
I need my refund against membership as well I don't want to continue with such a careless company.
