My kitchen cabinets were damaged as they used hard chemicals. The same day I informed customer care and provided all the photos. They confirmed they will provide the claim, but not the total amount They can reimburse 10000/- as per the company policy.
Even after two months still, they are not responding and asking for the same details again and again. Sent multiple emails with no luck.
