[Resolved] Urban Company — Damaged my tv by professional

My TV was damaged by the professional while inserting in the carton. Then when the other urban clap person came for installation he confirmed by turning on the tv which was wrongly inserted into the carton and also the force has been applied due to that tv got damaged. Urban clap is simply telling that the professional is refusing that he has done damage. And telling simply they can’t do anything my tv is worth of 1 and half lakh rupees and it’s just 4 months old one.
