[Resolved] Urban Company — Damaged my TV during services and no taken my TV and not giving responses
I have contacted urban company for my TV repair, they visited and replaced backlight for 2500 Rs and given bill of 2200 only. After 3 days display got faulty and they revisited and taken my TV. It has been more than 10 days and now they are not giving responses, even not getting call from customer services and if by chance they call they will not response properly and disconnect the call.
