Got a service for bathroom cleaning on June 22nd.The professional damaged my products(shower head, rod and hand shower set). Hand shower he has broken it.Tech team is giving an info to send mail . Sent mail on July 27th. No reply till now .Followed up via mail no reply.
One of the agent gave transaction id 47228558 which turned out to be fake when contacted bank. One agent told to reupload the pics and have done it .The agent missed one invoice for refund . One is telling refund initiated and other one is telling pending for admin approval. No such manager's escalation and if you send email they will not respond . I have never faced an org with lack of resposibility and pathetic service . Till date following up for my refund no proper status . Beyond that spoke to Manager Sajith he wa rude and arrogant telling i cant contact you agent will reach out to you.
Even we are an employee and my productivity goes in following up UC.Every agent will take 20mins to go through case history and never call/reply in chat .Seriously, I am annoyed with such service where they have no proper system to escalate and end user cant even reach them directly for any queries.
