[Resolved] Urban Company — Denial of Services and ignorant customer support agents

I opted for a 2 services per year plan for my 4 split AC on 1st April 2021. The 1st service was done satisfactorily in Apr 2021 only . It was when re-visited the app to schedule my 2nd service noticed that the one year plan was showing expired on 28th Feb 2022. I reached out to the customer support agents ( Vaibhav Sharma ) . Asked him that the year ends at 31 March 2022 whereas the app is showing 28th Feb 2022 and I am getting a denial of service . He acknowledged my concern but was not able to give an solution and stated that he cannot help neither have the authority to take it up internally within the UC system . I requested him to connect to someone who can help with a resolution on this APP issue on which he said there is no such option and the app glitch if any cannot be rectified. There was no valid reason given and neither UC has an intention to address the same. I really feel it was very strange to have a customer support team who does not know what to do. Can someone responsible look into this and revert with a proper reply on resolution of this issue.
