Urban Company — Excess amount charged, payment made, Invoice not produced on demand

Invoice of amount Rs 2079 not provided after washing machine repair done and cash is paid.Amount Rs 700 charged extra.. Support team is simply buying time and fooling me.
After 3 days passed Urban company could not able to provide Invoice for the amount charged
