I got ac serviced on 26-07-20 and gas was refilled... But the problem continued and cooling was not good... I raised a complaint but i was told that ac technician was on leave... Then he was assigned for 13-08-20 but he didnot turn up and told me on phone that he will come after 22nd... I again raised a complaint on 13-08-20 but nothing was done...
The company should provide a replacement technician... If the same technician is on leave then its the responsibility of the company to provide a replacement technician... The customer should not be made to wait endlessly... Thats really in unprofessional attitude...
The company should decide keeping in view the case... The customer has suffered due to this unprofessional attitude..
