The company provided me with a professional who brought another so-called professional with him who happened to be the professional who repaired our fridge the first time we booked urban clap service, now this new professional and the ex-professional looked after my fridge again and it was not cooling as before and after checking through it they did some minor changes and said it will work properly to which I asked that the ex-professional standing here did the job before and it didn't work good also that he took money for a product that he said was faulty and didn't include it in the receipt, when I asked for what product did he replace he didn't say anything, now I asked whether i would have to pay 200 just for them to look for a minute on my fridge and he said no, then they left and after 10 mins i received a call from the professional assigned to cancel the booking and i asked them why should i cancel when thy just solved my issue and they should put it from their end that the issue has been resolved. Now he persisted that I cancel the booking and I said why will I do it and if I do it URBAN CLAP would charge me 50 for when the issue has already been resolved, This is utter nonsense and poor service to the core with a flaw based system. The professional didn't ask me any OTP either, this is shady and the working of professionals is disruptive.
I registered this booking on 7th December 2021 around 12 and chose the slot of 6 pm but the professional assigned came around 5:30. Was this information helpful? |
