On 20th October 2021, an urban company partner (Zeeshan Anshari) was here at my place and while Servicing my AC, he said that gas refilling is required for my AC. He noted that urban company does not offer this service and if I ask for it to the company, I'll have to pay the initial charge of 649 and no solution will be offered.
He offered me an alternative option to cancel the booking and that he would get the gas refilling on his own. He charged me 3000 for it (I have payment proof. Attached below) and refilled the gas on the same day itself.
Noe, my AC is not working again and is back to the same terrible condition. It is a clear case of fraud. I can note this because he has blocked me on Google Pay when I tried to connect with him. (image shared)
I have relied on urban clap for my needs in the past and have trusted Urban company partners. If this is how Urban company partners cheat, I'll have to stop using the fraud service.
I hope a resolution will be found and the urban company partner will be punished for cheating. I also want him to connect back with me and get me a solution as promised initially.
I trust in Urban company that they would not let cheats and frauds serve for them.
