Unfortunately your service was inadequate.
List of problems
1. Time management
2. Lack of professionalism.
3. Incomplete work.
4. Material damage.

Updated by jeevaseran I am disappointed because the service was not performed correctly, and post multiple calls with your representatives, and UC representative is trying to send same unprofessional team again & again there is no assurance on resolutions nor is there any clarity on whom will need to be contacted for a correction.

We had got the work done thru your representatives with the only hope that a brand name such as yours would not have associated with non skilled and unprofessional people. Unfortunately now post dealing with your helpline executives, I am questioning the business model that you all are working on as with this kind of service there will be NO repeat customers !!!

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could have the work carried out at the earliest.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem, and will wait until 21st September before seeking help from a consumer protection agency.
