Urban Company — Gas leakage in the stove serviced by company not attended

Deep cleaning of four burner gas stove was booked on 16th August by whatsapp. Model of stove photo, address and location was sent. After some time a person called Samir khan called and will come. Next day he did cleaning, replaced a switch valve and gas tube. We lit the stove. The flame was OK
. Within minutes after he left we could smell gas . We called the company and Samir from 1.15 pm onwards till evening. After a few times they stopped responding. We didn't even cook. Had to keep it switched off. Had paid Rs2195 . In the evening we were forced to call another person and get it repaired.
