Urban Company — Hair cut | |||
I made the booking yesterday for hair cut at home today morning at 9 pm. However it got cancelled. UC arranged another booking for the same time, the same also got cancelled. Moreover this was never conveyed to me and came to know post the schedule that it is cancelled. Then they rescheduled the booking at 12 pm (without even checking with me). On checking I found even that is cancelled. So 3 consecutive cancellation and service still not provided whereas advance payment taken. This certainly ridiculous and unprofessional way by Urban Company. Was this information helpful? | |||
