I have a tv which developed a defect in its display. 20% of the screen was not working (as in screenshot). I decided to book a service with Urban Clap Company to get it repaired. An engineer visited my place and after a thorough examination, he informed us that the TV needed to be repaired at the workshop under a machine. I agreed and allowed him to take the tv with himself. All was well until the engineer turned up two days later, with the TV and declared that he was unable to repair the TV. I was a bit disappointed, but when i turned on the TV, more than 75% of the screen was dead. Aghast, I quickly messaged the situation to urban clap customer care, and got a call back from there. But the delivery agent, instead of sympathizing with my loss, started forcing me to pay to book a visit with another engineer.
If the reply is so poor and unprofessional from such a reputed company, I would prefer to get my issue resolved by some local technician who is much more reliable. I am one of the oldest members on your app, right from when it was released, as you can see on my profile, but I am sorry to say, I am highly disappointed by the actions of the company, and my trust in its services has been left in shambles
