Where do I start... Day 1- Team did not come and called to postpone for a day. Day 2- new team assigned but materials sent by the warehouse were incorrect.
Day 3 and 4- I kept waiting for tha texture wall painting worker but no one turned up and Supervisor found mismatch in two boxes of colour with same colour codes on top. So another exchange request was placed for the material. All this while, UC customer care did not call back even once after raising 6 complaints from their app. On the contrary, on day 1, they were calling me within 2 minutes as I had to make the complete 100% payment in advance. Once it was made, they have ignored all my calls and made me suffer. The job was supposed to finish in 5 days as per the estimate given by the so-called painting expert and today is day 5 and my single room is not finished yet. I am feeling stuck and helpless as there is no Customer care number or email to even contact them. Will certainly file a complaint in the Consumer Forum if the work is not finished as per my satisfaction after going through this harrowing experience. Was this information helpful? |
