Urban Company — Incompletion of Full Home Painting and Polishing at BS-42 Malibu Towne Gurugram

I engaged UC for Full Home Painting and Polishing on 04.09.2026. The quotes got finalized by UC representative Mr. Vikrant Bhardwaj on lump sum Rs. 1, 67, 832 after discount extended @ 9.36% (Copy attached)

• I made the advance payment of Rs 58, 692 on 06.09.2026 through ICICI Net Banking as advised.
• The work should have started from 14.09.2026 under Project Manager Sheelu.
• The work rescheduled for 22.09.2026 giving the excuse that Sheelu has run away and was not interested to do the job.
• Satyam got assigned to do the job.
• Since beginning Satyam is creating nuisance on the quotes accepted by UC on Painting as well as Polishing.
• Satyam has refused to do the Polishing work, and the reason is best known to UC officials.
• Almost seven or eight officials from UC visited my Home considering my home is meant for exhibition and no one had given any assurance whether the polishing will be done or not.
. Satyam started negotiating to do the polishing from his personnel side by neglecting the company role.
• On painting part also, Satyam has his own understanding on which part of the home is to be considered for painting.
• It is spurring that the report of Painting work is given as complete and the Check list is received /issued today asking for giving feedback on completion of the job without any inspection o[censored]C officials.
. The wall of backyard is painted only one side that too is only with primer and not paint and the other side is not painted
. The grill of wall is also not painted.
. The grill of Balcony is also not painted.
. The quality of paint is Big Zero.
. Cleaning Big Zero
• Satyam team has damaged the polish already there on the furniture, doors and windows that cost to approx. Rs. 20-25K to reinstate that is all because of laps on his part of supervising being normally absent from the job site.

I had never ever expected this type of response from such reputed company like UC.

I had sent a e-mail to Mr. Mukund Kulashekhran Chief Business Officer on 13.10.2026 @ 16.35 but no revert.

I am looking forward your kind response on the pending work needs competition and finalization of outstanding dues post adjusting the demurrage of Rs. 20-25K.
